Yohan Poonawalla
Yohan Poonawalla is the Chairman of the Poonawalla Engineering Group viz: Intervalve Poonawalla Ltd., El-O-Matic India Pvt. Ltd. and the Chairman of Poonawalla Financials Pvt. Ltd., Poonawalla Real Estates and Poonawalla Properties Pvt. Ltd. He is the owner Director of the Poonawalla Stud Farms, Cyza Agro, Poonawalla Racing & Breeding and a shareholder in the Serum Institute of India. Born into an industrialist family, corporate nitty-gritty and fervour came naturally to him at a very young age.

Her hands-on approach extends to fostering teamwork and understanding among all levels of staff, ensuring that collaboration remains the cornerstone of our success.
Michelle’s design studio, born from her profound passion and dedication to design and architecture, exudes an unmistakable aura of excellence and superiority. Within the realm of development and interiors, she has undertaken a multitude of projects, demonstrating her adeptness and versatility. Through meticulous planning and execution, her studio has brought to fruition an array of premium luxury properties.
In her unwavering commitment to effecting positive change, Michelle, through her association with the Poonawalla Group, spearheads initiatives aimed at preserving heritage and community structures. Most recently, her efforts have contributed to the restoration and revival of the Pune Turf Club to its original glory, exemplifying her dedication to preserving cultural heritage, fostering community enrichment and not only putting up many luxurious projects under the Poonawalla umbrella, but also bringing large commercial properties under the Poonawalla Group.
Poonawalla is a staunch advocate for universal and socially engaging causes, particularly those addressing environmental issues such as climate change, water scarcity and pollution. Through her artistic endeavours, she has lent her support to various organizations including Khushi, the Elephant Parade endorsed by King Charles and Queen Camilla and the WWF Tiger Parade in collaboration with Sotheby. Notably her film highlighting climatic changes has been featured at two Bienalles. Showcasing her commitment to raising awareness and driving positive change on a global scale.
