The IVTLE/IVGE butterfly valve emphasizes a design optimized for longevity and efficiency. This soft-seated valve has a rubber-lined body and a centric, rubber-wrapped disc. It comes lined with ebonite, making it useful in applications involving seawater, potable water in desalination plants, or chlorine-contaminated fluids.
Available in a wafer-lugged pattern, it ensures accurate pipe alignment. The body liner, which doubles as a soft seat, is integrally molded, promising 100% bi-directional sealing against PN10 pressures.
Its lugged variant with threaded holes is ideal for end-line or terminal-end applications. The valve is also available with a gear operator as well as electric, hydraulic, or pneumatic actuators.
