Mr. Yohan Poonawalla is the Chairman of the Poonawalla Engineering Group viz: Intervalve Poonawalla Ltd., El-O-Matic India Pvt. Ltd. and the Chairman of Poonawalla Financials Pvt. Ltd., Poonawalla Real Estates and Poonawalla Properties Pvt. Ltd. He is the owner Director of the Poonawalla Stud Farms, Cyza Agro Poonawalla Racing & Breeding and a shareholder in the Serum Institute of India. Born into an industrialist family, corporate nitty-gritty and fervour came naturally to him at a very young age.
