The ultimate in high-performance triple offset butterfly valves, the IVTEX series incorporates the
“State of the art” valve technology to outperform the competition, IV’s design features
Three-way eccentricity and unique elliptical seat geometry, which ensures compressive sealing
around the entire seat and a “tight’ bubble-free valve.
The valves operate using camming action, which reduces the possibility of galling or scratching
on the sealing surfaces between the sealing elements (body hard face, and seal). The intelligently crafted cone angle minimizes the possibility of jamming between the sealing elements and ensures perfect surface-to-surface sealing at a close position, effectively keeping leakage in check.
The valve has excellent throttling characteristics and good low-flow control capability, offering an inherently higher rangeability. This feature of the IVTEX series makes them ideal
for flow control/modulating duties. An adjustable gland box-type shaft sealing arrangement
permits online packing adjustments to ensure zero leakage.Simply put, the triple offset valve seamlessly combines design and engineering, establishing a new standard in fluid control.
